POERFUL BOWS And Arrows in Ramayana:

          “SARANGA”  RAMA’s Bow Famous and Very Powerful, who given by Vishawakarma to Lord Vishnu. Vishwa means “All” KARMAN means “DEOR”.He made Two great Bows for Lord SHIVA And Lord VISHNU, “PINAKA” for Lord SHIVA and Saranga for Lord Vishnu.

Powers of Saranga Bow:

              Saranga Bow has very powerful and amazing style in its appearance, and only Lord Vishnu Avatar only accessed This sharang  Bow like Ram, Krishna ,parashurama. No one else were used this one. Only Powerful bows can lead the powerful astras (Arrows) example Brahamastra, Brahamshira, Narayani astra, sammohana astra (hypnosis), Nagapash astra, garuda Astra, many others were there.

Indrajith’s weapons:

He was son of Ravan, Indrajith means one who conquer Indra in the battle, and he has the power of absorbing his enemy in the battle field..because of this ravan has more believe on his son Indrajith he also called Meghnadh,. when he born his voice like thunder. He made Laxmana unconscious with Nagpash. He done before Demonic Havan to gain more boon from agni deva before battle with Laxmana.he got many powerful astras in guidance of Shukracharya.

Amazing Powers of Ravana :

      “Ravana” means “Terrifying Roar” son of Rishi “Vishrava” and “Kalkeshi”. He done his education in guidance of Daithya Guru shukracharya , when he was born he laughed with terrifying roar, shower of bones happened that time.      Ravana not only usurped Kubera kingdom, also his Golden Pushpak Vimana , a special feature of Pushpak Vimana is travelling the speed of mind one who rides. 

MAHABHARATHA’s Powerful BOWS AND ASTRAS (Arrows) :

Vijaya Dhanushh (Bow OF Victory):    

           Prashuram Givan This Vijaya Dhanushh to great warrior Karna, even Bheeshma and Drona also were his disciple ,  to reduce of impact of Parashurams curse on Karna he givan Vijaya Dhanushh..

   Vijaya Dhanushh is one of very powerful and amazing bow ever seen , one who holds  this bow in his hand one kind of protection layers will be formed , which will protect from dangerous astras from enemies, and no one astra will break its Prathyancha. And it will increase its power of any astra thousand times from its root. In one word we can say one who’s holds this Vijaya Dhanushh defiantly gets victory.

Ghandiva Dhanushh :

            Agni Deva given to Arjuna, Gandiva was held with indra many years later he given to Agni deva, let us see the powers of Gandiva bow: * It designed by Lord Brahma. * Gnadiva that powers Increase or Decreases exactly the same as enemy. * thunderous sound of bow was so strong that heard of other Lokas. * which was covered with full solid Gold *

 Powerful Astras :

      He had amazing powers of Astras due to curse of Parashuram he couldnot use in battle, Parashurama said whatever knowledge I taught you forget all and it won’t help you while in Rana-Bhoomi (Battle filed..) because all astras will be call by the Divya Mantras, so he was unable to memorize those mantras in battle against Arjuna, but he has Viajay Dhanushh which will bring defiantly victory there is no doubt, he had everything but failed in call them.  Let’s see which all powerful astras were there in Karna’s “QUIVER”(container of arrows.)

1.   Narayana Astra: 

               This astra has amazing feature this astra gives only two options either Surrender yourself, or die fighting with that, when Karna  targeted Arjuna this Astra , Arjuna was Totally unaware of Narayanastra, this Narayanastra incease the enemy astras with its power and send it back to attack on enemy only..Narayanastra will become more powerful how  much strong astra from the enemies..

                 Lord Krishna told to Arjuna ‘Hey parth yeh Narayanastra hai isse jith pana mumkin nahi , iske upar prahar math karo apna shatra thyag kardo tho ye apne aap shanth ho jayega’ means hey Arjuna you are unaware of this narayanastra I will tell listen, no one can defeat or break this astra how much powerful you attack on this astra that will multiply its power and send back you with more speed. Better to Leave your Bow and surrender yourself then it will stop automatically.

2.   Brahma Astra :  

                   As word indicates that This Astra has the power of Lord brahma capable of killing devas, can destroys whole army at once, can break powerful astras, manifest by one head of Brahma as in Tip of Arrow, capable of piercing “Brahma kavacha” (invincible Armor of Lord Brahma).

3.   Brahmashira Astra: Astra of Lord Brahma, with four head Brahma on tip of Arrow means 4 times stronger than Brahma Astra. 

4.   Brahmanda Astra: capable of Repelling of Brahmashira Astra And Brahma Astra, manifest with five head of Brahma as its tip, This weapon has the power of destroying entire universe or Brahmanda, the 14 realms according to Hindu cosmology, only used for offensive purpose,  prohibited to use against on inferior enemy, This Astra repells almost powerful astras excluding Lord Vishnu’s Vaishnavstra, and Lord Shiva’s Pashupathatstra.

5.   Rudra Astra : Lord Shiva’s Astra As word indicates , when it invokes the power of Rudra of the Ekadasha ( Eleven ) Rudras came to destroys then target. The Mantra of Shiva kavacha (Armor) Can make weak this weapon. 

6.   Agni Astra:  as word says This Astra will make shower of Fire balls. It will  burn anything comes its path.

7.   Varunastra: (water)  ]creates tremendous volume of water, it could be used For Agni Astra for Counter ..

8.   Vayavya Astra: weapon of wind cable to creating Tornado. God of wind vayu can create very cool breeze or furious Tornado. Lift entire army and elephants till death.

9.   Anjalika Astra:  Arjuna Obtained by Lord Shiva, Karna was killed by this weapon.

10.Bhargavastra :   Parashurama Given to Karna, instead of Brahmandanda. It is described create massive power of arrow volley piercing  everything hits.

11.Sammohna or Pramohana Astra: This weapon could put entire army into unconsciousness or collapse in state of trance.

12.NaagPaash : This  weapon targets with bind coils of living venomous snacks, certain death for enemy is can’t escape from it .

13: Vaishnavastra: In this path no one could resist it not even Indra also, it pierce through target whoever it may be .. Karna targeted Arjuna with this weapon, but Lord Krishna is himself was charioteer of Arjuna so weapon converted into flower to Lord Krishna.
